Outreach & Recruitment

WorkNet offers Employee Outreach & Recruitment. After determining a company's employment needs, WorkNet will implement an outreach campaign to recruit and screen potential applicants who met the employer's minimum requirements.

In addition to services provided through the WorkNet Centers, WorkNet encourages employers to use the employee recruitment services provided by the State through Caljobs and also through the Department of Labor through America's Job bank.

Testing & Training

WorkNet's sophisticated Assessment Center can provide employers with valuable information about prospective employees. Candidates can be tested for interests, aptitudes and educational skill levels to determine their potential as employees and/or their need for job preparation services.

Customized Training (Industry Specific): This allows new and existing companies to design a training program specifically for their own needs. The company itself provides specialized skills training at the work site and/or in a classroom setting and is reimbursed for the training costs of each hired employee.
