What is Business Team San Joaquin?
Business Team San Joaquin is a public/private partnership between the Economic Development Association of San Joaquin County, the Chambers of Commerce, and the City's Economic Development representatives within our County. Each share the same commitment to provide the business community with the support and assistance necessary for success.
How BTSJ Supports San Joaquin County?
Business Team San Joaquin (BTSJ) is an invitation-only committee. Participation is limited to invited representatives from key industries and partner organizations working together to strengthen San Joaquin County's business community. The purpose of the Business Team San Joaquin is to foster business growth and prosperity of local businesses in San Joaquin County which results in the creation/retention of jobs within the County. The mission is to provide assistance to businesses who are looking for resources to either continue to do business in San Joaquin County or those who want to expand their business within the County. The BTSJ committee:
- Facilitates collaboration between public and private partners.
- Identifies challenges affecting local employers.
- Connects businesses with appropriate regional resources.
- Helps strengthen business retention and expansion efforts throughout San Joaquin County.
